PRIVACY POLICY

SwimforTri Ltd. does not sell your personal information. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send us an email with "unsubscribe" in the subject headline.

POLICY ON SALES

Cancellations/Changes/Refunds - Courses:

1. SFT will offer a full refund if you decide to cancel within 7 days of registering your application.

2. You can request to transfer to an alternative future SFT course. The course must be within a year of the original course date. The following fees apply:

a) If you make this request at least 7 days prior to commencement of the course - your full credit will transfer and you will be required to pay a £35 administration fee.

b) If you make this request fewer than 7 days prior to commencement of the course - 50% of your credit will be transferred and 50% will be forfeited.

3. Once the course has commenced the sale is final and no refund or transfers can be requested.

4. SFT reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In this case we will offer to transfer you or offer a full refund.

SwimforTri.com 30-Day Returns/Refunds Guarantee - Goods:

SwimforTri.com offers you 30 days to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item/s, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item/s. We can only accept the return of opened item/s if they are faulty.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In the event of SwimforTri sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must return the item to SwimforTri within 30 days. SwimforTri.com reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which SwimforTri confirms we will issue a replacement.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to by refunding your return postage costs.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched by regular post. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery or your item(s) from the time we receive your order. You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and an e-mail receipt when your credit card is charged. Your package will be shipped within two business days. We make every effort to ensure a timely delivery of your order, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, sometimes packages do go astray. Please call us in the unlikely event you don't receive your package, or if you have any other questions. Deliveries to non-European countries do not include VAT, however, you may be liable for any applicable local taxes.
