Come join the SFT open-water swim group. Gain confidence from regular open-water swims and receive instruction from Dan Bullock and the SFT team of ASA- and BTA- qualified staff.

Paddleboard-led laps around a GPS-marked 1.5km course of the lake will be available for more experienced swimmers. For the novice a smaller coached swim will be on offer.

There will also be organised rides from the lake for those wishing to practice riding after the swim. A training element that we often overlook as we focus mostly on running off the bike. Bring your bike and we can look at transition practice. There will be no rides on the swim/run days as we will be enjoying breakfast.
Lifeguards and Paddle Board Rescue will follow/lead the group swim for your safety. Qualified First Aid will also be available.
Changing facilities, hot chocolate and hot showers will be available from 08:00 when we have finished the swim.
